About Our Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator, with a passion for working in the general maintenance environment, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive can-do attitude, have the belief that clean and tidy environment is important to well-being, and be great at working with people.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the care home including preventative maintenance measures, gardening, building repairs, maintaining the building exterior at the Care Home, and working with the Care Home Manager to ensure a high level of resident safety.
