Te Oranganui is looking for a talented Mātaiawa Corporate to provide progressive leadership and positive change as a member of the executive leadership team in Whanganui.
Te Taituarā is the business unit of Te Oranganui and is the one service that supports all other Te Oranganui services internally from a back office perspective.
Te Taituarā is the backbone of the organisation and consists of finance, people, communication, data, knowledge, analytics and business administration support personnel who have the skill and expertise to ensure the smooth running of Te Oranganui so the front-line staff are able to service the Kaimahi and community in an efficient and Professional manner.
The role will also be a part of the Executive Leadership team that will drive the strategy of the organisation.

The Mātaiawa Corporate will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all funding and contract management aspects of the business’s while providing excellent leadership and advice on delivering strategic growth in these areas and across the organisation.
This role will oversee Corporate Services including Finance, Human Resources (including Payroll and Health and Safety), Communications, Quality Management and Improvements, Information Technology, Data Systems Management, and Property Maintenance.
