Luge Supervisor
Who We’re Looking For
As a Luge Supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing daily operations and ensuring customer service and safety standards are being met. This role requires problem-solving and collaborative leadership to foster a positive team culture. Your input will bring out the best performance possible from our team and the best experience for our customers.
We’re looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated team player who is flexible with working hours as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring
- an ability to role model good work ethic and build rapport with a large team of young people
- strong leadership and customer service skills
- an eye for health and safety and the ability to follow strict operational processes
- any experience with radio communication, chairlifts and/or first aid will be an added advantage. However, all training will be provided.
