As a Loans Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Theatre and Sterile Services teams by ensuring surgical loan sets, implants and consignment equipment are available, processed and managed efficiently to support patient care. Working closely with suppliers, theatre staff and clinical teams, you'll help ensure equipment is received, checked, tracked and returned in line with quality, infection prevention and sterilisation standards.
You'll be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing loan equipment, liaising with suppliers to manage timeframes, reconciling inventory documentation, maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth flow of surgical services. Your attention to detail and ability to build strong working relationships will be key to your success.
This is a permanent position working 60 to 80 hours per fortnight, with flexibility required to work shifts Monday - Friday.
