In this phone-based, service focused role you will manage a varied portfolio of some of our existing clients where you will manage and develop new and existing relationships to retain and review insurance solutions individually tailored to each client, adding value through advice insights and becoming a trusted Life & Health adviser. 

You will be providing advice through in-depth client conversations, where you will identify any gaps in insurance coverage based on the client’s needs, with the overarching goal of looking for the best client outcome along with assisting clients with everyday insurance queries and claims. The ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced team environment where you can provide exceptional and seamless service is a must, as no two days are the same.

What will you bring?

Alongside having a strong proactive work ethic, you will also have the ability to use your initiative and manage your workload in a timely manner. For this challenging role:

  • Experience within the Life & Health industry is preferred along with a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services – Level 5 with Life, Health & Disability (or be willing to work towards this). Support will be provided for the right candidate, who is motivated to step up and into this role a new career to achieve this qualification.
  • A history of providing exceptional, value driven service to clients is key.
  • The ability to recognise areas of opportunity, to adapt and innovate and to drive productivity will be a definite advantage.
  • A history of building strong and genuine relationships with clients and business partners.
