About the role
As a Lending Specialist, your main focus is helping customers find the right lending solutions. You’ll proactively look for opportunities to grow lending, deliver great customer outcomes, and support TSB’s overall business goals. Building strong relationships and creating positive customer experiences will be key to your success.
About you
You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and confident building relationships. You enjoy connecting with people, thinking commercially, and finding practical solutions that meet customer needs. Your energy and people skills help grow the business and strengthen TSB’s presence in the market.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years’ experience in a lending role
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 – Residential Lending)
- A good understanding of the banking and financial services sector
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify lending opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Work to a strategic business plan to achieve your goals
- Ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements
