About the role
As part of our Lending Operations team you will be the first point of call for our branch and head office staff needing assistance with centralised lending related processes, interest rate negotiations, lending applications support, operational errors and a range of general customer decisions and tasks to broaden your skills. You will guide and resolve enquiries by providing advice and solutions within your delegated authority or by making a recommendation to the appropriate person.
This role is for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, working from our head office. Once the successful applicant is able to work independently, there is also the option to work some days from home.
