Learning and Development Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an important operational role supporting the coordination and administration of MASH’s extensive Learning & Development activities across a large and geographically dispersed workforce.
About the role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead, this role supports the smooth and effective coordination of Learning & Development programmes, training activities and learning administration processes across the organisation.
This is a busy and rewarding role supporting the coordination and administration of workforce learning across a large and diverse organisation.
You’ll help coordinate:
- compliance training and orientation activities,
- learning records and reporting,
- Careerforce administration,
- training schedules and communications,
- audit and compliance support activities, and
- learning systems and improvement initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who:
- is highly organised and detail focused,
- enjoys coordinating multiple activities,
- communicates confidently with people and teams at all levels,
- is able to exercise initiative, and be cool under pressure when it’s needed
- works well independently and as part of a team, and
- has experience in administration, coordination or learning support roles.
Experience with HR systems, reporting or training administration would be an advantage.
