We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an important operational role supporting the coordination and administration of MASH’s extensive Learning & Development activities across a large and geographically dispersed workforce.
About the role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Lead, this role supports the smooth and effective coordination of Learning & Development programmes, training activities and learning administration processes across the organisation.
This is a busy and rewarding role supporting the coordination and administration of workforce learning across a large and diverse organisation.

Experience with HR systems, reporting or training administration would be an advantage.
