About the Role
Our Learning and Organisational Development team are seeking a Learning Advisor to join them on a journey, delivering effective quality learning solutions that enhance our people’s capability. This is a fixed term role for 18 months.
You’ll be responsible for assisting in the development, design, and implementation of learning solutions, strategies, projects, and professional development programmes that support a culture of high performance and continuous learning at TSB.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
You have a background in learning and development with experience in designing, developing and supporting learning programmes. You’re someone who is dynamic and passionate about learning, a proactive professional with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in abundance.
