We are seeking applications for a person who has experience in dealing with fresh fruit and Vegetables to join our team at Bidfood Invercargill. This is a Sunday to Thursday role. Hours of work are 2.30pm to 11.00pm.
The primary responsibility of this role is to pick and pack with care, quality fresh produce ready for the delivery to customers. We require specific focus in the following areas:
- Attention to detail
- Competent with computers
- Show initative with common sense
- Great communication skills including both written and verbal
- Experience in the produce industry
This position requires individuals to be physically fit and healthy as regular lifting of 20kg items is the norm. Also working in a temperature controlled room of 5 degrees is the norm.
