Our plant is an EU and USDA licensed lamb processing plant with significant business interest in the domestic market. The plant operates year round Lamb slaughter and boning operations and provides staff an opportunity to be part of small and close knit team in what is normally a seasonal industry.
We are seeking a suitably experienced cleaning team leader to complete our daily plant cleaning and sanitation processes. This role also involves the end of day packing of offal products. To be successful you will be an experienced cleaner, able to work within agreed timeframes to a food safe hygienic standard. In return you have consistent work available throughout the year and a market leading hourly rate of pay.
Managing a team of three, you will set the standard of performance and drive this established team to achieve top tier results within agreed timeframes.

· Current forklift licence preferable
Preference will be given to those with experience in meat/food processing environments, however training will be given to those with suitable experience and a desire to learn.
