Mō te tūranga - About the role:
- Assist with the preparation and service of nutritious, high-quality meals that meet residents' individual dietary needs.
- Support the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic food service environment.
- Help deliver a positive dining experience by serving meals professionally and supporting residents during mealtimes.
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and follow food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support resident wellbeing and Enliven's positive ageing philosophy.
Mō koe - About You
- Experience in a kitchen role, with a minimum of one year's experience preferred.
- You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, morning, afternoons.
- You have a strong understanding of food hygiene and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- You are reliable, well organised, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
- You have a friendly, positive attitude and enjoy providing excellent service to residents, families, and colleagues.
- You hold a current full NZ driver's licence
- Currently based in Levin.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
