Kitchen Assistant
Location: Radius Windsor Court, 20 Sandes Street, Ohaupo 3803
Hours of work: Casual, when and as required
About the Role
Gain valuable experience working closely with our kitchen team. Assist with the meal service and providing nutritious, well-presented meals to our residents. Aid the kitchen team to provide a hygienic work environment. Assume responsibility for cleaning food prep equipment and utensils. Report any faulty equipment to the Cook.
Some Duties include but not limited to:
- Ensuring utensils and equipment are clean, and stored safely and correctly
- General kitchen duties, including dishwashing
- Maintaining infection control principles
- Handling, labeling, and storing chemicals correctly
- Meet timetables

- Appropriate industry experience preferred, but not required
