We are seeking an active, outgoing team player with a good eye for detail to join our Kitchen Team at Iona Care Home.
This is a permanent part-time position working on a 5on 2off roster (Wednesday to Sunday). Your start time will be 7am and finishing at 1.30pm during weekdays. Weekend hours will be starting at 7am and finishing at 1.45pm.
Applicants must hold qualification 167 or are currently working towards.
The ideal applicant will have kitchen/food service experience however full training and support will be given. You will be undertaking general kitchen duties, washing dishes and making sandwiches. In the Dining Room you will be setting tables and serving residents during meal times. This is a busy commercial kitchen.
An Enliven home, Iona has 79 residents who are supported at hospital and rest home level of care.
