We are currently searching for our next Junior Service Advisor superstar to join our vibrant Service Department. You’ll be part of a supportive, enthusiastic, and fun team who will ensure you are fully supported as you grow into the role. This position is full time, 45 hours Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays of 4 hours, primarily based at our Albany Branch, with occasional work across our Browns Bay, Whangaparaoa, and Warkworth sites.

Duties will include:

  • Greeting customers and checking in vehicles, including pre-service walk-around inspections.
  • Explaining the work required / carried out on customers vehicle in detail.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the day the status of their vehicle and discuss any extra work required. 
  • Managing service bookings via phone, email, and in person. 
  • Providing accurate quotations to customers. 
  • Ensuring precise data entry and administrative accuracy. 
  • Processing invoices and customer payments.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • May be new to the dealership environment or has a passion for cars and is seeking an entry-level role to launch their automotive career.
  • Has an excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Is computer literate with solid administrative skills.
  • Brings a can-do attitude and a fun, outgoing personality.
  • Has sound knowledge of auto mechanics (preferred but not essential).
  • Holds a clean, full driver’s licence.
  • Is available to work rostered Saturdays.
