Junior Chef – Part Time
As a Junior Chef, you’ll assist with the preparation and presentation of food across our various Casino kitchens. You’ll need to be flexible and adaptable, as you’ll be rostered across different outlets depending on business needs.

- Culinary qualification and previous experience (preferred)

You’ll need to be dependable and flexible to work across our operating hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 12pm – 1am
- Friday & Saturday: 12pm – 2am
- Availability over Christmas and New Year is essential
This is a Part-Time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the potential for more depending on business demands. Hourly rate of $27.35 per hour and we have a wide range of benefits including:
