Investore Future Director
This is an outstanding opportunity to join the board of Investore Property Limited as a Future Director.
Investore is an NZX listed property investment business focused on investing in large retail property. It actively manages shareholders’ capital by investing in well-located, quality properties, preserving sustainable returns to its investors.
The successful Future Director will have experience in:
· Commercial property – property development or project management
· Real estate construction and development – property development, project management
· Funds management - private equity, investment funds or venture capital
· Finance - commercial lending, capital markets and debt restructuring
· Market insight - understanding market dynamics and economic cycles
· Financial expertise – investment analysis; financial reporting and governance; capital markets
An understanding or interest in cyber security, risk management and strategy will also be highly regarded. No previous governance experience is required, however applicants should have had some exposure to a board in management or senior executive capacity.
Board meetings:
Board meetings are held 6 times per year plus one strategy session. You will be required to attend all meetings in person in Auckland. There is also the opportunity to serve on the Audit and Risk Committee.
Remuneration and/or expenses covered:
This role is not remunerated but contribution to the successful candidate’s professional development, such as a Directors Course, will be considered by the board.
Term and commencement date:
This is a 24-month appointment with a commencement date of 24 March 2025.
