The Role 

The Inventory Controller at Manuka Health plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes. This position is responsible for maintaining real-time visibility of stock, leading global stock takes, and ensuring compliance with our inventory procedures. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support the supply chain team, and liaise with third-party suppliers to optimize our inventory practices. This is a crucial role for maintaining our high standards and contributing to the seamless delivery of our premium products to customers worldwide. Some key job responsibilities include: 

  • Accurate Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock visibility in the ERP system (Dynamics) and lead global stock takes and cycle counts. 
  • Compliance and Improvement: Ensure compliance with inventory processes, improve systems, and develop SOPs. 
  • KPI Reporting and Analysis: Report on and address inventory KPIs using lean tools and root cause analysis. 
  • Training and Support: Act as Dynamics SME and provide training on inventory processes. 
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with third-party manufacturers and support supply chain improvements. 


Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills 

  • Proven experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. 
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Dynamics. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement sustainable solutions. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train and guide others. 
  • Experience in leading stock takes and cycle counts. 
  • Is comfortable with the global nature of our business, cultures, time zones, and flexible hours required 
  • Willingness to travel when required to visit 3 PM. 
  • Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
