We’re looking for a detail-driven Inventory Controller to join our team and take ownership of stock accuracy across our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands how stock, systems, and people all connect — and isn’t afraid to dig into discrepancies to find the real story.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate stock levels across chilled, frozen, dry, and alcohol categories
- Investigating and resolving stock variances and location issues
- Assist with rolling stocktakes, reconciliation processes, and reporting
- Supporting and training staff in warehouse systems (Multipick, Realtime, etc.)
- Monitoring expiry risks, slow movers, and out-of-stock reporting
- Working alongside operations, compliance, and purchasing teams to ensure food safety and stock integrity
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management
- Strong systems capability and confidence working with WMS platforms
- Analytical mindset with the persistence to chase discrepancies to resolution
- Clear communicator who can work across shifts and departments
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable working both on the floor and at a desk
