Using your experience you will contribute to the interview process by selecting and asking questions relevant to the roles that help determine the candidates suitability based on the following criteria:

  • Whether you would be able to engage with whānau in a way that supports self-determination
  • If you would be able to have meaningful connection with the whānau 
  • If your communication skills will support greater understanding and clarity
  • That you have integrity and honesty

This role is a casual position and is required as and when recruitment process are occurring.
You will be working under the principles of Peer/Tuākana Support Worker.
