Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for international education and operational excellence? We are seeking a part-time International Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic International Centre team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of international operations, including agent contract management, financial administration, and data analysis. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the success of our international learners and partners.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $65,000 and $85,400, dependent on skills and experience.

The International Operations Coordinator is based in our International Centre at Wintec | Te Pūkenga, reporting to the International Director, and will be responsible for:

· Managing the full lifecycle of international agent contracts and maintaining accurate records.

· Administering agent commissions and coordinating financial processes across the International team.

· Providing data insights and reporting to support business improvements.

· Supporting internal stakeholders with administrative and operational tasks.

· Ensuring compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Proven experience in financial coordination, contract administration, or a related role.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Proficiency in data systems and tools such as CRM, Arion, Tech1, and Microsoft Excel.

· A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
