Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Hawke’s Bay, responsible for supporting the planning, development, and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives for the EIT International Centre. The role focuses on attracting and engaging prospective international students through targeted multichannel campaigns and digital lead generation activities. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help enhance EIT’s global visibility and drive international student recruitment outcomes.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $71,197 and $84,501, depending on skills and experience.

The International Marketing Advisor sits within the International Marketing Function and reports to the International Marketing Communications Manager, and will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering multichannel international marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and promotional activities
  • Managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and recruitment outcomes
  • Creating and maintaining engaging content across websites, social media, and marketing platforms
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and providing insights to support decision-making
  • Supporting relationships with internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, CRM systems, and social media platforms
  • Experience managing digital campaigns, analysing performance data, and using analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders or in an international/global environment (advantageous)
