Mō te tūraka mahi | About the role 

We’re increasing our capability in our International Team and recruiting for a new role. As International Agents and Contracts Co-ordinator you will manage our relationships with international education agencies to ensure prospective learners receive the best possible information, making Otago Polytechnic their first choice.  You will manage all Otago Polytechnic international contracts and delivery, including agent relationship management and global inbound mobility.  This role also supports our Study Abroad and Exchange activities. 

The International Team is committed to serving our ākonga and finding solutions leading to an increase in our international cohorts.

Ko wai koe | About you

You will be customer-centric and have an eye for detail. You will have the ability to communicate well, build and maintain effective professional relationships and have excellent computer skills especially with databases. 

Our preferred candidate is someone who has experience in contract management and problem solving remaining focused on successful outcomes, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.  Your strong relationship management skills will be aligned with your customer-centred focus.

An understanding of diverse cultures and being comfortable dealing in a friendly, professional and timely manner with agents from overseas.

While previous experience in the tertiary education environment is beneficial, we encourage anyone with a strong administration, contract management and customer service background to apply.
