Reporting to the Communications Manager and with close connections to our wider Culture and Community team, operational managers and unions, the purpose of the Internal Communications Advisor is to connect and engage the wider Napier Port team with our business and our strategic objectives.
The Internal Communications Advisor is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end delivery of internal communications programmes and initiatives, aligned with our Culture of Care. They will work with colleagues and stakeholders to identify communications opportunities and deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal communications that meet defined objectives.
