Ready to take your infrastructure expertise into a large, complex and purpose-led organisation? As our Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping the technology that supports Southern Cross Healthcare reliable, secure, and performing at its best.
Working as part of our Infrastructure Services team, you'll provide Level 2/3 operational support across a broad enterprise environment spanning servers, networking, cloud, wireless, Microsoft 365, security, telephony and collaboration platforms. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support infrastructure changes and upgrades, and contribute to improvements that strengthen the technology services used across our hospitals and support functions.
You'll work across technologies including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, enterprise networking, wireless and firewalls, giving you the opportunity to work across a genuinely broad infrastructure environment. You'll also partner with internal teams and technology vendors to resolve issues, deliver effective solutions and maintain reliable services across the organisation.
This is a 12-month contract suited to an experienced Infrastructure or Systems Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working independently, and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative team.
