❤️ About the role

This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity for seven months, covering a period of parental leave.

As our Individual and Regular Giving Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering direct marketing campaigns and donor communications that help grow sustainable voluntary income for the Heart Foundation. If you're passionate about creating meaningful supporter experiences and delivering fundraising campaigns that make a real difference, you'll enjoy the opportunity to:

  • Deliver direct marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
  • Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve fundraising outcomes. 
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and help deliver an exceptional supporter experience.

❤️ What you'll bring

Ideally, you'll have:

  • At least two years' experience in direct marketing or fundraising. 
  • Experience managing campaigns, budgets and project timelines. 
  • Experience working with CRM or fundraising databases. 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills. 
  • An understanding of donor needs, behaviours and motivations, with a passion for delivering an exceptional supporter experience.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
