I-Site Te Anau is committed to delivering a high-quality visitor experience in Te Anau and Fiordland.

We are currently seeking a Frontline Sales Consultant for the summer season to grow our team after a successful season in our new location.

Position Objectives

· To optimise sales activity of tourism products and to ensure that visitors receive excellent customer service 

We are seeking the following skills, experience, and attributes:

Essential

· Experience in retail sales. preferably in the tourism industry 

·  Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service experiences

· Excellent communication skills.

· Knowledge of Te Anau and Southland

· Enjoys customer interaction.

· Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

· Ability to work both under direction and without supervision.

· Solutions focused

· Able to work through to the end of April 2026

Desirable

· Qualifications in Tourism & Hospitality.

· Current First Aid Certificate.
