Mō te tūnga | About the role:
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Vickery Court Housekeeping team in a permanent role, with a minimum of 4 guaranteed hours per fortnight and the opportunity to pick up additional hours to cover leave and busy periods. As we operate 24/7, weekend availability is essential, and shifts are rostered between 7.00 am and 2.30 pm. This role is well suited to someone looking for a small number of guaranteed hours with flexibility to work extra shifts when available.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You'll need to be physically fit, the roles involve some lifting and demand a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced setting. You'll have the chance to forge meaningful connections, engaging with residents in a respectful, patient, and empathetic manner whilst providing quality domestic and housekeeping services in a manner that reflects and respects the "home" environment for all of our residents.
