Our people are passionate about working alongside the people we support as they journey to live their life to the fullest. At our heart it is our aim to empower and support our people to live a happy and rewarding life. Our next House Manager will be wanting to take the next steps in their career. You will be leading a small team of Support Workers, in our elderly houses working alongside people with intellectual disabilities with the belief that they can do anything and supporting them through the aging process. You will be able to lead, engage and enable our support worker in the day to day. This will include managing rostering, performance management, appraisals, and staff management activities.

The people we support have intellectual disabilities and a range of other challenges. This is a rewarding position, but it does have its difficult moments – you will have to use all your skills and ingenuity to help them enjoy and participate in our community.
