Our clients are seeking a motivated and reliable herd-owning 50/50 Sharemilker to join their well-established and efficiently run dairy operation near Eltham. The 160 effective hectare (170 ha total) property milks 440 – 450 Friesian cows through a 50-bail rotary dairy, fully equipped with in-shed feeding, automatic cup removers, and automatic teat spray. The farm has a three-year average production of 188,000 kg MS, supported by molasses and in-shed feeding throughout lactation, with strategic bulk PKE/ProCow used to fill feed gaps.
The herd and young stock are available for purchase — a rare opportunity to take over a long-established, one herd code, closed Friesian herd with 100% recorded ancestry.
