About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Health & Safety Manager to keep our H&S systems accurate, up to date, and running efficiently. You’ll support incident reporting, risk management processes, emergency management planning, and the coordination of H&S committees, training, and documentation.

Your mahi will help ensure our kaimahi have the information, tools, and support they need to work safely every day. 

In this role you will:

  • Maintain H&S systems, registers, and      documentation (Logic, CMIS or similar)
  • Coordinate incident reporting, follow‑ups,      and data entry
  • Prepare H&S reports, dashboards, and      insights
  • Support emergency management planning,      including CIMS and pandemic response documentation
  • Schedule H&S training, inductions, and      competency records
  • Provide admin support to the H&S      Committee and H&S Reps

You will bring:

  • Strong administration experience (H&S      or compliance preferred)
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy, and      attention to detail
  • Confidence with Microsoft 365 and data      systems
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building      skills
  • Comfort working in a kaupapa Māori      environment

Experience with H&S systems is an advantage, but training will be provided.
