About the role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our residents by following Enliven’s Eden Principles to deliver a safe, secure and supportive environment in which we encourage our residents to maintain their independence and to make decisions for themselves .Your key responsibilities will be:
We have a variety of full time or part time roles within our rest home and dementia teams. We have different shifts available, including days, afternoons and nights, so we would really like to hear from you and talk about what hours or shifts you are looking for, because we may have something to suit you. About You
As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills and sense of humour. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, ideally, you will already have some experience in aged care, but if not we can help with that, having the right attitude and willingness to learn is just as important.
