Make a difference in an older person's daily life, working as a Health Care Assistant. 


The Role

You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that make for happier, healthier living at an Enliven home. You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

Hours:  This is a casual position. We are looking for someone who can work on if and when required basis. 


About You 

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient
  • Work well in a team
  • Enjoy working alongside older people
  • Be physically fit and strong 
  • Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour
  • Experience in an aged care environment is preferred
  • Level 3 or 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent will be an added advantage.
