Mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents in their daily living and social requirements. You will also encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves. Your key responsibilities will be:
Hours of work will be 62.5 hours per fortnight, working dayshifts, including a roster of one weekend on and one weekend off. We work with a fixed roster so you can plan ahead but the ability to offer some flexibility to pick up additional shifts, to provide cover in the home is always welcomed.
