  • Promote our wellbeing and safety culture—build and promote our wellbeing calendar, events and initiatives, facilitate H&S meetings and committees, deliver safety workshops and ongoing training, and encourage pro-active and preventative reporting.
  • Turn insights into action—prepare timely reports, support incident investigations and implement improvement plans with managers.
  • Strengthen contractor management—own audit schedules, approvals and contractor systems.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ Health & Safety experience in similar roles; tertiary H&S qualification or diploma is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act (HSWA) and experience advising in high risk operational environments.
  • Self-driven and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and embed wellbeing and safety into organisational decisions.
  • Practical experience with Controlled Based Risk Management (CBRM) and critical risk projects; behavioural based safety understanding.
  • Proven training and facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication; analytical, detail focused, solution oriented and self motivated with high EQ.
  • Sector familiarity in food processing is desirable.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and health insurance
  • Friendly, supportive and fun team environment
  • Wellbeing benefit and initiatives
