Health, Safety & Wellbeing Leader
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Leader with a passion for Health, Safety & Wellbeing to join our Christchurch team.
This role will be responsible for the management of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing function within the Hospital, and will actively support and coach our H&S representatives. This role sits within our Hospital Leadership Team, implementing our national strategy and working alongside the National Health & Safety team.
Providing technical leadership, expert advice, and practical support will be integral to ensure that the hospital health and safety programme is high functioning. Through influence and partnership, this role will cultivate active participation, leadership and accountability of all team members and contractors.
