About the role I Mō te Tūranga

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Head of Digital and Technology to lead our digital strategy, technology operations, and innovation roadmap. This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape how we use technology to deliver value to our members and strengthen our impact. You’ll lead a small, skilled team, working closely with our trusted partners.

You’ll enjoy the best of both worlds - strategic influence and hands-on delivery - in an environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, and smart innovation.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the delivery of our digital and technology strategy.
  • Ensure our systems and data are secure, reliable, and member-focused.
  • Oversee projects that modernise and connect our platforms (CRM, website, analytics, etc).
  • Partner with internal teams and trusted suppliers to deliver digital solutions aligned with our needs now and in the future.
  • Champion digital innovation, cybersecurity and data integrity across the organisation.
  • Coach and empower your team to deliver excellent support and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Senior leadership experience in technology, digital or information systems.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategy and manage complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and data systems.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into plain English.
  • A collaborative, future-focused mindset — and genuine curiosity about how technology can help people work smarter and connect better.
