The Role
As Head of Digital Self Service, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of FMG’s digital self-service channels. Your focus will be on enhancing client experience through intuitive, efficient, and innovative digital solutions, which support a seamless omni-channel experience. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape how our clients interact with us online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap, that clearly outlines the delivery priorities for strategic capabilities, in addition to delivering underlying sustainability for the product.
  • Collaborate with other Heads of Product, to ensure that the Product Roadmaps align appropriately, to ensure delivery of the overarching strategic outcome as defined by the appropriate strategies.
  • Responsible for the management, monitoring of performance and client use of online services against uptake and usage targets
  • Take a leadership role in service incidents and failures that affect online channels and drive processes that ensure insights are acted upon
  • Lead a team to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Your Skills

  • Proven experience in digital strategy and transformation.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in UX, digital platforms, and client-centric design.
  • Ability to drive innovation and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to bring people on the journey. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
