We’re looking for an experienced Head of Change to play a key role in how FMG delivers change — supporting our leaders, strengthening capability, and ensuring change is well‑paced, well‑governed and sticks. 

The role

Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Enablement Officer, this senior role provides enterprise‑wide leadership of change across FMG. You’ll set the strategic direction for change management, embed consistent frameworks and lift change capability across leaders and teams.

You’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders to provide a whole‑of‑organisation view of change impacts, helping FMG make informed decisions about timing, capacity and delivery.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading FMG’s enterprise change strategy and frameworks
  • Supporting governance, reporting and decision‑making for major initiatives
  • Building leader and employee change capability across the organisation
  • Leading a federated change model and Change Community of Practice
  • Providing oversight of change impacts, risk and change collision

About you

You’re a confident, credible change leader who brings clarity to complexity. You’re comfortable working at an enterprise level, influencing senior leaders and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

 You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience leading change in complex organisations
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci certification essential)
  • Experience working with governance, portfolios and senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative style and the confidence to challenge constructively
  • A passion for building sustainable change capability
