About the Role
As Head Teacher, you’ll lead by example, bringing strong leadership, a focus on quality practice, and a love for learning. You’ll support and mentor your team, uphold compliance standards, and create an environment where tamariki thrive.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
What We’re Looking For
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current full teacher certification
- Strong knowledge of ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and compliance
- Confidence in team leadership and curriculum planning
- Calm, clear communication with a strength in building relationships
- A commitment to high-quality, inclusive learning experiences
