In this full-time, permanent role, you'll work 40 hours a week with our 2.5 to 4-year-olds, leading a team of expert teachers who tailor learning experiences to support each child’s unique needs. Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.
As well as:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
- A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
- Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
