Are you a qualified and registered teacher ready to take the next step in your Early Childhood Education journey? BestStart Kaikorai Valley Road is looking for an inspiring Head Teacher to lead our Koru Room, supporting tamariki aged 2 to 3 years. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a natural leader who shares our centre vision and values. You’ll bring strong knowledge of curriculum and compliance, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine passion for high-quality teaching and learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 7 ECE teaching qualification (BEd/Dip Tch)
- Current NZ Teaching Certification
- Proven leadership skills or readiness to step into a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, planning and assessment
- A commitment to quality education, inclusive practice and biculturalism
