Head Teacher (BestStart Dinsdale)
About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate Head Teacher with at least one year of nursery experience to lead our Infants Room at BestStart Dinsdale! Here, every child is valued as an individual, with independence encouraged through exploration, play, and cultural identity.

This is a permanent fulltime position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth.
As well as:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
- Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
