The Hotel offers excellent facilities with EMBERZ Restaurant and Bar, Ascot Sports Bar, spa, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool and fitness Centre with plenty of off street the Hotel ticks all the boxes.
This permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within our successful front office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of reception while providing training, supervision and support to the front office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and positive guest experiences
- Train and develop new and existing front office staff to meet departmental KPIs
- Implement and refine front office procedures and systems
- Provide support to the Front Office Manager as required
Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
- A warm, friendly personality with excellent people skills and a professional approach
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience, ideally within hospitality or a customer-focused environment
- A keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills
- The ability to connect with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Knowledge of reservation systems and strong computer skills
- Outstanding communication and time management abilities
- A proactive mindset with the flexibility to think on your feet in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work across a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends, public holidays with early, mid, and late shifts as required based on operational requirements.
