Head Chef - Waxys Irish Pub
We are currently looking for a Head Chef who is ready to make their mark on a busy, fun and innovative pub !
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading a team, creative flair for menu development, and a commitment to delivering high quality dishes in a fast paced environment.
Waxy's is the southernmost Irish pub, it offers an authentic Irish experience paired with a fantastic selection of food and drinks.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Proven experience in a similar role.
- Understand the use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes ·
- The ability to think on your feet and have the flexibility to work with customer requests and menu changes as required. ·
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, address issues as they arise, and find solutions quickly.
- The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, display a genuine passion for the food industry, be looking to further their career with a strong desire to learn more skills and contribute to a successful kitchen.
