Recently acquired by progressive Cambridge-based Bo & Co Electrical, we're entering an exciting new chapter and looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join the team.

About the Role
You'll be out and about across the Waikato, working on a mix of residential and commercial HVAC jobs, from installations and servicing through to fault-finding and repairs.
Your day could include:
- Installing, servicing and repairing heat pumps and air conditioning systems
- Working on high-wall, multi-split and ducted systems
- Diagnosing faults and sorting out breakdowns
- Carrying out preventative maintenance
- Completing associated electrical work within your qualifications
- Dealing directly with customers and managing jobs from start to finish
- Working alongside the wider electrical team when needed
- Keeping job documentation and compliance up to date
About You
We're after someone experienced, practical and easy to get along with. You'll be comfortable working independently, confident dealing with customers and able to think on your feet when things don't go to plan.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Relevant HVAC qualifications and certification
- Appropriate electrical qualifications or authorisations
- At least two years' post-qualification experience
- Strong heat pump and air conditioning installation, servicing and fault-finding skills
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and safe work practices
- A practical attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- A full, clean NZ Driver Licence
