We are looking for a proactive and highly organised administrator to join our People & Capability team. This is a part-time permanent role (20 hours per week), ideally worked across five days, although we are open to a four-day arrangement for the right person.
You’ll play an essential role in supporting the smooth delivery of our organisation’s learning and development programmes and other essential Human Resources administrative services. A core part of your mahi will be ensuring our corporate, leadership, safety and wellbeing, and cultural competency training programmes run effectively and efficiently. You’ll also coordinate our onboarding sessions for new staff, making sure these processes are delivered consistently and to a high standard.
A key focus of the role is maintaining accurate, up-to-date training records and supporting the planning and logistics that keep programmes on time and on budget. You’ll manage the Corporate Training & Development inbox and calendar, liaise with trainers, staff and managers, and use our information systems to keep information current.
This is a great opportunity to take a central role in keeping our learning and development activities running smoothly while supporting the day-to-day work of a busy HR team.
You’ll be someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and helping others succeed. You enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, coordinating details, keeping records tidy, and making sure people have what they need.
