Our client, Timpack have been in the business of making pallets since 1984. A lot rides on a pallet – business, sales and reputation.  They make it their business to deliver on promises, expectations and innovation. 

In this role, your key responsibilities will be to provide HR services and be a key member of the leadership team. You will provide generalist HR services; developing and delivering solutions and advice; coaching and mentoring Managers and project work as required. To be successful in this role you will have had exposure to the full breadth of HR generalist practices and be passionate about the delivery of HR services that demonstrate best practice. As the sole HR specialist in the team, you will be adept at being flexible in your day to day responsibilities and be content with being “hands-on”.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven experience in an HR generalist position; 
  • Practical understanding of ER and operating within an CEA environment;
  • An ability to actively provide practical advice to support management decision making;
  • A talent to build strong internal business partnerships;
  • The ability to work across locations nationwide;
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.

This position will appeal to a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who is looking to progress their career in a large, multi-site organisation. As well as an attractive remuneration package, Timpack are open to discussing flexible hours, possibly aligned to school hours.
