BestStart is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our national People & Culture team. With 265+ centres nationwide, we’re passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and supporting the people who make that possible.
This role supports centres across our Midland region, from Te Kauwhata to Palmerston North, and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career.
About the Role
This role is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week, it can be Hamilton or Auckland based.
You’ll provide day-to-day HR support across a range of areas, including:
- Preparing employment contracts, variations and HR letters
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Providing HR reporting and administrative support
- Responding to general HR queries
- Supporting HR policies, processes and compliance
About You
