We have an exciting opportunity in our People & Safety team which will pay particular focus on learning and development (L&D), we are looking for someone who has a background in HR or is an experienced people leader, with a passion for L&D, planning and delivery. You will have the opportunity to share your skills doing everything from induction, talent management, to the full gambit of competency frameworks, as well as compliance training. 

We are looking for someone who aligns to our Company Values, genuinely cares about the value in building the capability of our teams, is a positive influencer, a team player and has plenty of energy to get things done while supporting the wider team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
 

· A background in HR, with experience in planning, developing and implementing L&D plans to ensure effective and on-going development of our   organisational capability.

· Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to work well in a busy environment. With a confident manner, you'll be comfortable talking to and     influencing senior management and building strong relationships quickly across all levels to address all L&D needs and develop a plan to prioritise and meet these needs.

· Experience in identifying L&D practices, policies and tools and lead the implementation of processes to support these.

· Experience in evaluating L&D initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
